At Capital Surveillance & Investigations, we understand that sometimes surveillance or investigations don't keep to the realm of suspected infidelity (cheating).

Lost Connections: - We offer the unique service of reuniting people with lost contacts, friends, or family members. This can be a tricky investigation, however. Sometimes, we are successful in locating people for you. Unfortunately, there are those times as well that the subject of your inquiry has just "disappeared".
Suspected Infidelity:- Suspicions arise that your significant other may be having an affair or otherwise violating your relationship.
Child Custody: - You are involved in a court-ordered child custody case. But, for some reason, you feel that the other parent may be exposing your child(ren) to drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, neglect, or even abuse.
Divorce Proceedings : - You may be involved in a divorce proceeding, and require various forms of evidence that you may want to use in your case proceedings. Please consult your attorney before hiring a private investigator for this type of work.
Process Service : - In any civil matter, paperwork that the court issues you after you file must be delivered to the opposing party in your matter. State law requires that the person to serve the defendant with the court documents must be a legal resident of the State, age 18 years or older, and not a direct party to the court action.
Sometimes, it is difficult to find a friend or acquaintance who may be willing to find the defendant, and serve them the court documents. We will use all assets to locate the defendant, and serve them your documentation with a sense of urgency.
Stalking Investigations : - Unfortunately, there are people who cross paths with us that simply cannot accept rejection. These individuals may begin coincidentally appearing at locations that your frequent. Or, they may begin to call repeatedly, or "blowing up" your phone. However, there are those individuals that will do both.
It is important to note that before someone files a Permanent Restraining Order (PRO) with the court, it is important to have all the evidence handy just in case the alleged stalker appears and makes a defense or establishes an alibi. With the evidence that we can and will gather for you, it is a sure-fire way of ensuring that he/she cannot dispute the evidence.
Our plan of action in these kinds of matters is simple: locate the stalker, and monitor him/her. Any move that the alleged stalker makes, we will record that movement with video/camera devices.
Background Checks: - In today's society, noone can be absolutely sure about the background and character of another person, relatives and close friends aside. With that, we have the capability of conducting background checks on your behalf. With this background check, you can rest assured that your potential new roomate is trustworthy and an upstanding member of the community.
Suspicious Activity: - We do live in a relatively safe and calm community in the Treasure Valley. That being said, how many times have you noted a new car or person in your neighborhood that you have never seen before? Did they just move into the house across the street? Or do they have other intentions for an unsuspecting household?
If the subject arrives in a vehicle, we will tail the vehicle to its origin. We will also conduct a plate check to determine who the vehicle owner is, the address on the registration, and if they are in the process of moving to your neighborhood. We will also conduct a background investigation on the owner of the vehicle. This will give us the knowledge we need to determine how closely and strictly to monitor the subject while he/she is in your neighborhood.
General Surveillance: - Your curiousity is finally too much to bear. You want to find out what your teen is really up to. Or, it could be that you are curious about the new neighbor's activities, or a business' daily schedule. Whatever your curiousity, we will conduct surveillance on any subject of your choosing.
